The challenge with Art Deco lighting is that most modern options are either reproduction pieces that feel costumey, or contemporary designs that fight against the period aesthetic. What Art Deco lighting needs

The King Diamond -- made for Art Deco
The Wired King Diamond Bloc Lamp is the most overtly Art Deco lamp in our range. At 29cm tall with deeply faceted diamond faces cast into solid glass, it is also our largest and most dramatic. It comes only in a Gold Mirror base -- a deliberate choice that places it squarely in the Art Deco palette.
The faceted glass catches and refracts light in a way that few lamps can replicate. In a room with mirrored surfaces, the interaction between the lamp, the gold base, and the surrounding reflections creates an effect that is genuinely theatrical. This is a lamp that changes a room.
It weighs 3.2kg -- solid, substantial, and entirely unapologetic. The glass was sourced from the Waikato, cast in West Germany in the 1970s and used in a main entrance way as a door surround. It has the provenance to match the aesthetic.
The Diamond -- geometric drama in a wireless format
The Wireless Diamond Bloc Lamp (when available) offers the same geometric drama in a cordless format. The cross-ribbed facets are smaller in scale than the King Diamond but equally precise, and the wireless format gives you the flexibility to place it anywhere -- on a drinks trolley, a console table, or a mirrored sideboard -- without cords breaking the visual flow.
