The story behind your lamp:
Your one of a kind Glass Block was rescued before demolition following a bathroom redevelopment in Whangamatā. Originally cast in Germany in the '80s, the smoked tint is a signature of that era and almost impossible to find today.

Your space has atmosphere. The Smokey's rare smoked tint creates a depth and moodiness that no clear block can replicate, sitting naturally in moody, industrial, dark academia, brutalist, mid-century modern, and 1980s Miami Vice inspired interiors. It is our most dramatic colourway. The founders' favourite is Silver Mirror or Black Paint base with the Circadian Red lens — the smoked glass and deep red together are something special.

Every Lumo Bloc is handcrafted in New Zealand when you order. Allow 1–2 days before dispatch. This one's being built for your space, not pulled from a shelf.
