• What are the dimensions of the Lumo Bloc Lamps?

  Standard Lumo Bloc Lamps share consistent dimensions of 190mm (width) x 230mm (height) x 80mm (depth) and weigh in at approx. 2.5Kg each. This versatile sizing allows for easy integration into various spaces, from bedside tables to living room accents, making them suitable for diverse interior design needs. They also come in a wireless design which adds to their versatility, each lamp can transition from Dining table to Lounge to take ambience wherever you are in your home.

• How can I personalise my Lumo Bloc Lamp?

  Each Lumo Bloc Lamp provides bespoke customisation through 5 different base styles, the inclusion of 5 distinct colour lenses: Neon Pink, Cosmic Green, Amber Glow, Circadian Red, and Serene Blue. Each wireless Lamp has a dimmable setting. For the Wired Lamps there is also a choice between Warm White LED for a cozy glow or Cool White LED for a more modern feel. The wired lamps come with a choice of White or Black Cord.

• How long do the batteries last?

  Battery life is dependent on the type and quality of batteries used. Lumo Bloc highly recommends rechargeable Panasonic Eneloop Batteries (a fast charger is also available). On the high-power setting, a lamp should provide consistent illumination for 3-4 hours each evening for approximately one week. Utilizing the dim setting can extend battery performance by 1.5 to 2 times, offering prolonged use. Some Lumo owners purchase a secondary LED bar (one in use, one charging)

• What is the customer-friendly return policy for Lumo Bloc Lamps?

  Lumo Bloc ensures customer confidence with a 14-day full refund return policy, effective from the date the lamp is delivered. This policy allows customers to experience the unique quality and design of their Lumo Bloc Lamp risk-free, providing peace of mind with every purchase.

• How long will it take for me to receive my Lumo Bloc order?

  As every Lumo Bloc Lamp is handmade and often customized, production can take 1-3 days. Based on customer reviews, postage is quick, with local deliveries typically arriving within a minimum of 1 day from being dispatched. For more distant regions, such as interior Australia, transit times can extend up to 5 days in transit.

• Am I protected by a warranty?

  Yes!

  Every Lumo Bloc lamp comes with a 12-month warranty from the date of delivery. If something goes wrong under normal use, get in touch and we’ll repair or replace it. 

  Our warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship, including the wooden base and lighting components. It doesn’t cover consumable parts (batteries), accidental damage, water exposure, or misuse.

  Is my wired lamp electrically compliant in Australia and New Zealand?

  Yes. The USB wall charger — the only mains-m connected component — carries RCM certification.

  Safe use guidelines:

  Your lamp is for indoor use only — keep it away from water and moisture, don't cover it while in use, and use only the supplied or equivalent RCM-marked 5V USB charger. Do not modify any components.

  Your wireless Lumo Bloc runs on a battery-powered COB LED light bar housed within the wooden base. There are no mains connections, no wiring, and no plugs — just batteries and light. Easily moveable!

  Yes. Your wireless Lumo Bloc operates entirely on low-voltage battery power with no mains connection. The COB LED light bar carries RCM certification. We recommend Panasonic Eneloop Pro rechargeable AAA batteries for best performance and longevity.
